How fast is turnaround? ▾
Most single-unit cases received before 3 PM ET come back within one business day; same-day is available for many of those when our queue allows. Complex cases (full-arch All-on-X, multi-implant guides) take longer — your case page shows the live ETA.
What scanners do you accept? ▾
Anything that exports STL / PLY / DCM — iTero, 3Shape Trios, Medit i700/i900, Primescan, Carestream. If it's on a USB or in your scanner's cloud, we can use it.
How am I billed? ▾
By default, you pay per case via Stripe at submission. Established practices can be moved to Net-30 by our office team — your case enters the design queue immediately and you're billed monthly.
What if a case isn't right? ▾
Click Request revision on the case page. The case bounces back to your designer with your notes. Revisions for clear design errors on our side are no extra charge.
Are my files secure? ▾
Files are encrypted in transit and at rest on AWS. Access requires a per-user login and is audit-logged. If your practice needs a Business Associate Agreement for your records, email info@ymdental.com.
